Health & Safety

Health & Safety is given the utmost priority in our business.

We have put a complete Safety Management System in place which:

  • Contains our Health & Safety policy
  • Structures our management procedures for health & safety
  • Identifies the Health & Safety risks relevant to our business
  • Contains information on all current legislation relevant to our business
  • Contains all the forms necessary for implementing our Health & Safety management procedures
  • We employ an external Health & Safety consultant who advise us on our safety management procedures, keep us up to date on recent legislation regarding Health & Safety and carry out regular inspections of our projects.

We are CHAS accredited.

Health & Safety training

All our employees are CSCS registered.

We are continually reinvesting in the safety training of our staff.

The Environment

  • All timber and Melamine Faced Chipboard used is FSC or PEFC certified. We can provide evidence of chain of custody delivery tickets for all materials.
  • Chipboard itself is manufactured from waste timber products
  • Hoarding modules can be adjusted and re-used throughout the course of the project
  • On completion of the project all spare modules are transported back to our central warehouse to be recycled for future use. If the front of the panels have suffered damage then they can be removed and turned over on the frame for re-use.
  • Once the materials are damaged beyond re-use for a retail environment, they are donated to a local charity to assist with voluntary construction projects.
  • If storage of modules is not possible on site we will store all modules to be re-used at our central warehouse.
