Large fixed-to-scaffold hoarding with pedestrian walkway completed for Mace

The 127,500 sq ft major refurbishment by Great Portland Estates will extend the office floor plates within the existing frame of the building, create a large reception with the concierge as well as improved retail, leisure and amenity offering. 

The new building will be Great Portland Estates’ first sustainability, wellbeing and technology exemplar to deliver on all four pillars of their Sustainability Statement of Intent (The Time is Now). 

The £75k hoarding has been installed directly to scaffold, securing the site and providing a safe route to pedestrians.

Safety for pedestrians was a prime concern.
