A²O offer in-house design and accurate layout drawings of welfare areas for review and pricing. 

Drawings can overlaid over existing drawings and can be useful to maximise the use of the areas.

Internal areas of the site can be fitted out with plasterboard and services include:

• Ceilings and/or partitions including fire-rated, as required
• Timber sub flooring and/or screeded finish
• Floor finishes: carpet tiles, vinyl
• Tea Points and breakout areas
• Decorations
• Joinery: doors, windows, architraves, toilet cubicles, benching
• Bespoke external units in timber or fire-rated panel

Covid-Secure Accommodation

Installation includes clear screens, additional partitions and temperature-reading devices.

Temporary Services

Temporary Plumbing and Electrics can be installed.
