  • Both Subcontractor and Consultant aualifications are checked on appointment and reviewed regularly to flag refresher training.
 
  • Compliance and Accreditations are updated, renewed, and re-audited annually.

Pre Construction Phase:

  • RAMS
  • COSHH Assessments
  • Lift Plans (if required)
  • Permit to Dig/Service Location

SITE SAFETY Management

The Site Manager is responsible for:

  • Site audits
  • Plant Checks
  • Ongoing Permits
  • Attending SOS/DABs Start of Shift / Daily Activity Briefings
  • Liaising with Site Management and co-ordination with other trades


The Contract Manager is responsible for:

  • Attending Health & Safety meetings
  • Site Audits
  • Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs)
  • Handover Certificates
