Woolwich Creative District

LB GReENWICH, London

Woolwich Creative District is a £31m urban regeneration project to sensitively refurbish five Grade II listed buildings, heritage industrial buildings on the Royal Arsenal.

Now known as Woolwich Works, it is a major cultural destination – see video

The main contractor converted these into several major performance and concert venues, rehearsal studios, exhibition areas, event space and workshops as well as offices and eateries – and a base of performing arts and theatre companies.

The hoarding scope comprised timber hoardings on concrete blocks with a variety of pedestrian doors and gates to suit the requirements of each refurbished building.
