Hard Metals

Hard metal standing seam wall and roof finishes have been around for centuries in the British Isles.  There are a multitude of different finishes available including natural copper; pre-patinated copper; zinc and coated zinc. Many of these systems include a lifetime warranty from the product supplier. Traditionally these finishes are fixed to a plywood build-up.  On buildings over 18m  high, A²O apply a non-combustible build-up using an adjustable aluminium support grid; non-combustible insulation and a galvanised steel support deck to provide a fixing substate for the standing seam product.
