The contract comprised 200m of vibrant hoarding to support the £50m refurbishment of 280 Bishopsgate, including internal refurbishment of office space to Category A level and full fit-out to core and reception areas.
The Hoarding scope included 2.4m hoarding on blocks around 3 elevations; 1.2m low-level boxing, fascias to gantries and security doors.
With the location on such a busy street in the heart of the City, the contract called for out-of-hours early morning deliveries and a series of relocations and adjustments over a year as the refurbishment progressed.
